Job Description


We are looking to hire VP of Account Management for a leading LMS SaaS Company.



Requirements:



  • 10+ years of account management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role at the VP level with a proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue expansion through a consultative sales approach.

  • Experience at companies with $75MM+ ARR and 2,000+ customers.

  • Expertise in managing and growing enterprise-level customer relationships.

  • Understanding of customer retention strategies and risk mitigation for long-term account sustainability.

  • Experience selling into HR and/or L&D teams.

  • People-first, hands-on leader with a proven ability to scale and develop high-performing teams.

  • Collaborative and influential, with the ability to align cross-functional teams to support client success.

  • Strategic and data-driven thinker who is passionate about customer success.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on execution.
