Job Description

Large International manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager for their Southeast United States Territory and Mexico. Develops and implements customer account business strategies to attain annual operating plan revenue targets for clients within geography.

Sell steel products (tubing) to:

• Automotive


• Large truck


• Equipment


• Oil & gas


• Agriculture


• HVAC


• Refrigeration companies

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate activity, identifies options, and develops specific market objectives and action plans that optimize business performance.

Ascertain commercial outlook by:

• Developing prospects


• Evaluating their market position within the industry


• Researching and analyzing alternatives


• Recommending solutions

Articulates solutions and discusses business concerns with senior clients, positively influencing outcomes.

Markets, sells, and services product portfolio by:

• Enhancing relationships with existing customers


• Establishing new relationships with future customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Experience selling products in the United States and Mexico


• Experience selling metal / steel tubing products is a plus


• Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills is a plus


• Demonstrated ability to hear the Voice of the Customer and align feedback with company initiatives and goals.
