• ✔ Lead Generation & Ad Management – Oversee Facebook & Google ad campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure leads are being generated efficiently.


• ✔ Client Management & Communication – Act as the main point of contact for your assigned real estate clients, providing bi-weekly strategy calls and ongoing updates.


• ✔ Performance Reporting – Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve results.


• ✔ Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with the ad specialists, copywriters, and creative team to optimize campaign performance.


• ✔ Proactive Problem-Solving – Anticipate client needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions to drive results.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• ✅ 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or account management (preferably in an agency setting).


• ✅ Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads (experience running lead generation campaigns preferred).


• ✅ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills – you’ll be working directly with clients!


• ✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple accounts.


• ✅ Ability to analyze data & make data-driven decisions to improve ad performance.


• ✅ Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
