Funciones del puesto:



  • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their talent acquisition efforts.

  • Utilize effective prospecting strategies to analyze lead information and manage lead qualification, advancing them through the sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that maximize business opportunities and drive company growth.

  • Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives, facilitating the closing of deals and contributing to our mission of transforming the hiring landscape.

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and the market to refine your sales skills and become a proficient sales representative.

  • Take ownership of your daily tasks, bringing innovative ideas and a proactive approach to contribute to our team's success.



Requisitos del puesto:



  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales is advantageous, as we seek individuals who are excited about the dynamic sales environment.

  • Previous experience in a startup is highly valued, where innovation and agility are part of the daily routine.

  • Experience in the HR sector is a plus, as we believe that talent is crucial to success.

  • Proficiency in using a CRM system is essential, with HubSpot experience being particularly beneficial.

  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

  • Minimum educational requirement: A-Level or equivalent; however, we prioritize attitude and ambition.
