Job Description: Enterprise Account Executive
The Sage Group’s client, an innovative leader in cloud management software, providing comprehensive solutions to help businesses optimize, manage, and secure their cloud environments, is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Account Executive with a strong background in cloud management software and a proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud technologies, particularly within the AWS ecosystem, and be skilled in qualifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals. As a key player in our client’s sales team, you will play a critical role in generating new business and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach to target organizations within various industries.
- Lead Qualification & Closing: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage the sales pipeline, and effectively close deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of cloud management solutions, particularly the AWS ecosystem, to demonstrate the value and benefits of our client’s offerings to potential clients.
- C-suite Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand their needs and align our client’s solutions to their business objectives.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our client’s software.
- Market Insights & Feedback: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach and improve the customer experience.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs, provide feedback on customer requirements, and contribute to product messaging.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Cloud Management Software: Strong understanding of cloud management solutions, particularly for AWS environments.
- Business Development & Lead Qualification: Proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities in the cloud software space.
- Communication with C-suite: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
- AWS Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services, architecture, and how to leverage cloud technologies to solve business challenges.
- Sales Process Expertise: Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in SaaS or cloud-related sales.
- Understanding of other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience in selling enterprise-level solutions.
