What You’ll Do
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to closing. You’ll identify key decision-makers, present SistantAI’s value proposition, and drive deals to success.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand each customer’s workflow challenges, tailor solutions around their specific pain points, and position SistantAI as the must-have assistant they never knew they needed.
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, build compelling use cases, and shape go-to-market strategies for the US region.
- Build Relationships, Drive Growth: Grow pipelines through a combination of inbound leads, outbound outreach, and referrals. Leverage virtual demos, LinkedIn networking, and events to boost brand visibility.
- Partner with Customer Success: Align with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding, high adoption rates, and positive feedback loops that feed into product enhancements.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales (AI or productivity software background is a plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to leverage them for pipeline management.
- Remote work ready: strong self-organization, comfortable with video calls, digital collaboration tools, and minimal oversight.
