Job Description
At Signal Technologies, we provide cutting-edge technology and export solutions to dealerships that streamline operations and expand their reach, and we're seeking a driven sales professional to help us grow our presence in Canada.
As our Signal Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for dealers during their onboarding, leading them through a structured onboarding process designed to help dealers quickly adopt and maximize the benefits of the Signal platform—while providing personalized training, support, and strategic guidance to ensure successful integration of our innovative solutions into their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Onboarding: Walk dealers through our Fast Start Program, a step-by-step onboarding process designed to accelerate their adoption of the Signal platform.
- Training & Support: Conduct engaging training sessions and one-on-one walkthroughs tailored to each dealer’s unique needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure dealer feedback is incorporated into platform improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track dealer progress and performance metrics, proactively offering solutions to help them succeed.
- Performance & Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics, ensuring dealer success and driving business growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect insights and feedback to continuously refine the Fast Start Program and enhance the overall dealer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, automotive.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Experience selling to dealerships or automotive businesses is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 to 65,000 CAD.
- Performance-based commissions and bonuses (OTE $120,000 to $140,000 CAD).
