We are a fast-growing Better-For-You beverage company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with innovative, health-conscious drinks. With a commitment to quality ingredients and sustainable practices, we are expanding our market presence and seeking a Director of Sales to drive strategic growth across key distributor and retail partners.



The Role:


As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our brand’s footprint across wine and spirits distributors (Southern Glazer’s, RNDC) and food & beverage distributors (UNFI, KeHE). You will also leverage your relationships with regional and national grocery chains to drive retail expansion and maximize market penetration.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Distributor Management: Build and manage relationships with major wine & spirits distributors (Southern Glazer’s, RNDC) and food & beverage distributors (UNFI, KeHE) to drive sales and brand visibility.

  • Retail Expansion: Leverage existing relationships with regional and national grocery chains to secure and grow shelf space.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue and market share.

  • Account Management: Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and trade spend to optimize brand presence and sales performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and supply chain efficiency.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Potential to build and lead a high-performing sales team as the company continues to scale.



What We’re Looking For:



  • 7+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry (preferably in Better-For-You, Alcohol, or Non-Alcoholic categories).

  • Proven success managing both alcohol (wine/spirits) and food/beverage distributors.

  • Established relationships with Southern Glazer’s, RNDC, UNFI, and KeHE.

  • Strong connections with regional and national grocery retailers.

  • Experience negotiating and executing distributor and retail sales programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
