Note
The location of work will be a combination of remote and on site within New Brunswick. Office space may be provided upon request and subject to availability. Travel throughout the province is expected. All pre-approved travel will be reimbursed upon submission of expense receipts. The vendor will not charge SNB for employee travel time to or from the province.
Remote Work Location
SNB will consider remote work (outside of NB) but the contractor may be required to meet with SNB officials at a SNB Office in NB at various times as needed during the engagement. If the successful contractor is proposing to complete the work remotely, SNB may require a minimum of 1 to 3 site visits per year during the engagement at the vendor’s expense. SNB will pay for on-site travel expenses above and beyond the visits mentioned above, if requested.
Deliverables
The successful candidate must deliver the following, in order to successfully complete the engagement:
- Detailed review of existing business requirements and technical current state documentation
- Collaborate with technical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of data requirements and standards
- Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirements, including gap analysis
- Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, integration diagrams, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless adoption of new technology
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements to support the planning, management, and progression of the technical workstreams within the CIS project; recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the Clinical Information Solution, including effective communication plans for stakeholders
The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing the assignment.
