Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented local Sales Development Representative (SDR), based in High Point, North Carolina to focus on the US market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers in US companies.

Roles and Responsibilities



  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in US companies.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., email, cold-calls, networking).

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and schedule meetings.

  • Understand customer needs and guide them into Rockhill Asia’s sales funnel.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

  • Provide insights and feedback on customer expectations and market trends in the US.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.



Qualifications and Education Requirements



  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in Furniture & Home decor, or similar field is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the US market for Furniture & Home decor industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
