About the Role


As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing new business while managing relationships with existing clients. You'll be selling exclusive, senior-level events that connect industry leaders, helping businesses make strategic partnerships.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through email, calls, LinkedIn, and industry events.

  • Source and research potential leads via referrals, press, and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies, including email and social media campaigns.

  • Attend industry trade shows and events to expand your network.

  • Work towards achievable, yet rewarding sales targets with a competitive commission structure.
