Position: Contract Sales Recruiter - With an emphasis on talent sourcing
Duration: Temporary (1-2 months, with potential for extension)
Location: Remote (USA and Canada only)

We're a fast-growing boutique recruitment firm specializing in B2B sales talent placement. Our client portfolio spans SaaS, technology, manufacturing, and professional services sectors, and we're seeking a talented sourcing specialist to join our team on a contract basis to help with current demand.
There is potential for this to turn into a longer term arrangement.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential sales candidates through strategic outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across various B2B sales roles (SDR, AE, Enterprise, VP)
- Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with passive sales professionals
- (Potentially) Screen and evaluate sales candidates' backgrounds for alignment with client requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales recruitment or talent sourcing
- Deep understanding of B2B sales roles, responsibilities, and career progression
- Proven track record of successful candidate outreach and engagement
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, terminology, SaaS companies and products
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach
- Willingness to pick up the phone or get creative to reach candidates
Key Success Factors
- Ability to identify top sales talent across different industries and seniority levels
- Understanding of various sales roles, companies, and products
- Strong research skills for mapping out target companies and identifying potential candidates
- Experience with boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
Tools & Resources
Personal recruiting tools and subscriptions will be reimbursed.

Compensation
$25-30/HR (DOE)
