They specialize in fragrance-based solutions that freshen indoor spaces, rather than industrial odor control for water damage, fire restoration, or hazardous environments. Their services are performed primarily in:




  • Hospitals

  • Hotels

  • Office buildings

  • Retail spaces

  • Stadiums

  • Universities

  • Government facilities

  • Petrochemical plants

  • Refineries



Ensuring fresh and pleasant environments for staff, clients, and visitors. We are in a growth mode and seeking a driven Account Executive - AKA Sales Development Executive who will take full ownership of new business generation and play a key role in expanding our footprint.



This is a full-cycle sales position with the potential to grow into a Business Development Director or higher leadership role as the company scales.

What You’ll Be Responsible For




  • Full-Cycle Sales: Prospect, engage, present, negotiate, and close high-value service contracts.

  • Own the Sales Pipeline: Identify new business opportunities and manage your pipeline with autonomy.

  • Engage Decision-Makers: Work directly with C-suite executives, procurement teams, and facility managers at hospitals, stadiums, universities, and government agencies.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and position our subscription-based service solutions as must-have investments.

  • Drive Growth & Market Expansion: Lay the groundwork for future leadership opportunities by contributing to sales strategy and execution.



MUST BE A HUNTER: willing to self-source pipeline



What We Are Looking For




  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record selling services, not products, ideally in facility services, commercial solutions, or a related field.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: You take full responsibility for prospecting, closing deals, and growing revenue.

  • Executive Presence: You’re comfortable engaging and selling to C-suite decision-makers.

  • Resilient & Results-Driven: You understand that success in B2B sales requires persistence and strategic thinking.

  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: You’re not looking for just another job—you want a long-term career path.



Compensation & Benefits




  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $150-180K OTE year one

  • Uncapped Commission: Paid monthly based on collected revenue (structured payout over 3 years)

  • Year 1: 10% commission on new contracts

  • Year 2: 5% commission on renewals

  • Year 3: 3% commission on ongoing accounts

  • Year 4+: No additional commission, allowing focus on new business
