Weâre stronger together, and youâre a person who embraces being pushed out of your comfort zone.What You Will DoWe are looking for a Director of Sales who will build and manage Pippinâs outbound B2B sales team. At first, you will drive every step of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, and then hire a team that can replicate your success profitably and sustainably. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to 1) identify, qualify, and close leads and 2) ensure the long-term success of our client relationships.Successful candidates will have:Excellent relationship-building skillsStrong leadership skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding startup environmentThe flexibility to adapt to a quickly growing businessThe ability to think creatively and strategically about how we can rapidly grow the company togetherThe desire to learn constantlyKey ResponsibilitiesHire a team of regional sales development representatives and account executives Provide coaching and leadership to your sales teamTrack and monitor sales metrics and key performance indicatorsIdentify high-value prospects and build relationships with decision makersClose mid-market and enterprise-level accountsWhat You BringExperience building and managing a team of sales/business development representatives and account executivesProven success developing an outbound sales programStrong attention to detailMinimum of 7 years experience in salesA strategic, proactive, and creative thinkerExperience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo.io)Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Suite of applicationsKnowledge of real estate and title industries strongly preferredWho We Are As An EmployerPippinâs culture is rooted in our core values, which promote an innovative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives and new ideas are celebrated.
