The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Account Executive to help accelerate our expansion in the US market. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our business by driving sales initiatives, engaging with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, and securing new business opportunities across multiple industries.
You’ll also have the unique opportunity to help shape our evolving sales strategy, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize our GTM approach and expand our market presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and consultative sales process.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth across key industry verticals.
- Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and C-suite stakeholders, positioning PageUp as the preferred partner for hiring and recruitment solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through networking, outbound outreach, and industry events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Enablement, and SDRs) to align messaging, strategy, and execution.
About You
You’re a high-performing SaaS sales professional with experience in HR tech. You understand complex B2B sales cycles and have a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the enterprise and mid-market space.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in SaaS sales, Recruitment Tech, HCM etc.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate enterprise sales and close high-value contracts.
- Strong communication skills with experience in engaging and influencing HR, TA, and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with teams across marketing, sales enablement, and demand gen to drive results.
- You have a growth mindset, comfortable adapting to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
