Position Overview


We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to develop leads, engage prospects, and drive sales pipeline growth. This role is critical in generating interest, securing meetings, and supporting our sales team in expanding Notice Ninja’s market presence. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and eager to help businesses recognize the value of tax automation.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients within corporate tax teams, private equity firms, and enterprise organizations.

  • Outbound Outreach: Execute targeted outreach strategies through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers.

  • Opportunity Qualification: Assess prospect needs, identify pain points, and determine fit before passing leads to the sales team.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demos, ensuring prospects are well-prepared and engaged.

  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the team to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and enhance lead conversion rates.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track engagement metrics, and continuously optimize outreach efforts.



Qualifications



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage executives and decision-makers.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to meet and exceed goals.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

  • Resilient and persistent, with a willingness to experiment and refine outreach strategies.

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
