We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager with a demonstrated skill set to design and execute a strategy in order to capture market share within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, a team player who enjoys working with technology, and is looking for a hunting new business role. The position is for someone with communication skills, comfortable calling on C-Level decision makers and looking for a career within a leading consultative technology software platform across North America.
As a TSM, you will:
- Utilize our tech stack to qualify leads and build relationships with targeted companies within our vertical marketplace.
- Grow your lead pipeline.
- Be responsible for outbound effort, managing a sales funnel, and closing a pipeline of new opportunity to exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Hunt net new business
- Acquire/generate quality leads
- Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities generated, within a CRM
- Manage full pipeline through closing
- Work closely with sales team on messaging and verticals
- Attend shows/events to build relationships
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
- Experience selling into the property management industry is an asset
- Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written
- Relationship builder - this is a must!
