We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager with a demonstrated skill set to design and execute a strategy in order to capture market share within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, a team player who enjoys working with technology, and is looking for a hunting new business role. The position is for someone with communication skills, comfortable calling on C-Level decision makers and looking for a career within a leading consultative technology software platform across North America.



As a TSM, you will:



  • Utilize our tech stack to qualify leads and build relationships with targeted companies within our vertical marketplace.

  • Grow your lead pipeline.

  • Be responsible for outbound effort, managing a sales funnel, and closing a pipeline of new opportunity to exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.



THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:



  • Hunt net new business

  • Acquire/generate quality leads

  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities generated, within a CRM

  • Manage full pipeline through closing

  • Work closely with sales team on messaging and verticals

  • Attend shows/events to build relationships



WE'RE LOOKING FOR:



  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills

  • Experience selling into the property management industry is an asset

  • Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written

  • Relationship builder - this is a must!

  • Team oriented
