Summary
NavigtorCRE is looking to fill the Strategic Account Executive position to fuel the continued sales growth of the #1 data visualization software for commercial real estate. NavigatorCRE is a cloud-based platform that drives full cycle efficiencies for all those involved in Commercial Real Estate. We build value through technology by cohesively integrating, aligning, and animating data from multiple sources.
NavigtorCRE has created an application that will soon become the industry standard in the Commercial Real Estate world, and we are eager to expand our team! This Strategic Account Executive will report directly to the CEO (note: will also work closely with the CFO) and work cross-functionally with our account management, customer success, marketing, and data/BI teams. A successful candidate will directly help in the growth and development as we expand into exciting new industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry leaders on a variety of technical projects with an emphasis on software craftsmanship and continued learning.
Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role:
- Own the sales process and pipeline, from prospecting to close, within your target market.
- Work to generate prospects and build/maintain a robust pipeline for your target market.
- Prospecting within target market to build/maintain a robust pipeline.
- Keep the CRM updated with prospect status and activities to ensure a strong funnel is in place.
- Attend key industry events to generate sales opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Meet potential clients and key decision makers within target organizations, including both business and technical C-Level stakeholders.
- Lead and navigate a solutions-oriented, enterprise sales process.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives. Work cross-functionally to generate a scope of work for each project.
- Maintain timely, accurate financial projections and sales activities within our CRM.
- Cross-functional collaboration throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Develop strong working relationships with subject matter experts/specialists throughout our organization.
- Regularly work with the marketing team to ensure the sales process is being supported and in sync with marketing activities.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with our core values.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous success achieving or beating sales objectives in enterprise software or SaaS environment.
- Experience selling to stakeholders within, or direct experience in Commercial Real Estate: Proptech Sales, Leasing, or Investment Sales strongly preferred.
- Experience using enterprise sales processes and methodology in closing opportunities.
- Team first attitude.
- Data proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, design effective processes, and prioritize ruthlessly.
