The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Team Leader to lead a dynamic team of 8-12 Telemarketing Consultants. You’ll be responsible for guiding your team to achieve sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture, and optimizing performance through data analysis and insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a motivated team and take ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Telemarketing Consultants to meet performance goals.
- Use data to drive decisions and explain trends impacting performance.
- Work across multiple products and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the customer journey.
- Provide regular coaching and development for your team, ensuring personal and professional growth.
- Identify new opportunities to generate higher value customers for MVF and our clients.
- Be client-centric, ensuring high-quality lead generation and exceptional customer service.
