About The Role


The VP of Sales is a key member of Moncel’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This remote role involves leading the sales function across Australia, Canada, and the United States. The VP of Sales will collaborate with executive leaders to align sales strategies with the company’s broader objectives, ensuring that revenue growth and market expansion targets are met.



What You’ll Do



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Drive the sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Design and implement ongoing training programs for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to enhance the customer journey.

  • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity within tools like Salesforce.



What You Have



  • Expertise in managing sales teams and setting targets.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce for CRM management and performance tracking.

  • Experience in market expansion and partnership development.

  • Skills in designing and optimizing sales processes.

  • Advanced negotiation and deal management abilities.

  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional alignment skills.

  • Precision in interpreting and leveraging sales data.

  • Experience in team training and development.

  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills.



Your Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience in market expansion and partnership development.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Experience in online education or related industry (preferred).
