Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Leader to drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Procurement professionals, and CIOs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build partnerships that drive long-term revenue and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand enterprise business and relationships with MSPs and procurement teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MSP executives, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships and develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreements to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., account management, operations, and product teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving procurement processes within the MSP ecosystem.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with sales leaders to align national strategy with local market needs.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management, preferably selling and partnering with procurement and MSP professionals.
- Strong understanding of MSP models, procurement processes, and vendor management systems (VMS).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in long-term sales cycles.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of IT, healthcare or professional staffing industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling staffing solutions to Heads of Procurement, CIOs, and MSPs.
- Familiarity with procurement technology platforms.
- Previous experience working with large enterprise clients or Fortune 500 companies.
