The Opportunity


As a OT Sales Representative covering the Midwest, you’ll drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships within enterprise accounts. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to operate independently while leveraging the company's established success and resources.



Key Responsibilities



  • Build and manage a client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers.

  • Generate leads and drive engagement through calls, emails, and meetings.

  • Present tailored OT solutions, closing deals and securing long-term contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and leverage cross-functional support.

  • Track sales performance and pipeline progress using Salesforce CRM.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.



What You Bring


Must-Have:



  • 5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity services to large enterprises.

  • Proven track record of generating $2M+ in revenue over the last two years.

  • In-depth knowledge of OT/CPS/ICS security services and solutions is preferred.

  • Experience selling Claroty, Txone, Palo Alto OT, Dragos, and/or similar products is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.

  • Ability to provide references on request.



Nice-to-Have:



  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, security, business, or related fields.

  • Existing relationships with vendors.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

  • Expand and retain client relationships.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a strong industry reputation.



Compensation & Benefits



  • Base Salary: $110,000-$120,000 + performance-based commission
