About this role


Job Description



We are looking for a B2B SaaS Account Executive who's great with $40k-$120k ACV’s and enjoys playing the long game of nurturing & adding value with every lead.



Our audacious goal is to replace a business-critical market-default platform with a mostly unknown, yet vastly better product and service. For the same price or less.



Your Responsibilities



You will get 16-20 cold discovery calls with ICPs each month booked by marketing—3-4 of them will be in the market and you’ll close them by:



  • Highly tailored demo based on customer-specific value prop

  • Multi-threading to build a business case for 2-4 stakeholders involved



Others will be in the market during the year. You’ll close them by:



  • Being an expert in helping them to grow their business

  • Staying in touch to be there when they are ready

  • Not pushing, not rushing, not lying, or tricking



You will also get




  • A nationwide, qualified account list with contacts and account details in HubSpot, so you can target larger accounts of your choice

  • To attend events to meet with prospects and get hot leads

  • A few warm leads here and there

  • A growing flow of no-bullshit success stories with seriously delighted customer testimonials and other marketing materials

  • Founder support and the best CSM team in the market to help at every stage



The outcome should be




  • Closing 2 deals per month starting after ramp

  • $135k-$175k base, $270k-$350k first year OTE with a quota around $1 million

  • Uncapped commissions

  • 0.15-0.3% option with a goal of $1 billion IPO in 5 years

  • Medical insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k are also here.



You will have almost no management, but all the guidance, coaching and support you need. Complete company transparency including salaries, options and P&L. Plus, ability to participate in governance, playbook creation and onboarding (from time to time).
