Kiwa Fire Safety Compliance is looking for a Sales Manager to drive commercial development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales strategies, driving business growth, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve targets. This is a remote based UK role with travel. About The Role



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Identify new market opportunities through research and competitor analysis.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, adapting strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.

  • Present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

  • Contribute to the delivery of the budget.



Do you have what it takes?



  • Be a hunter, not a gatherer.

  • Proven track record in commercial sales, business development, market growth, and developing new service lines in new markets.

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

  • Strong knowledge of the construction sector and the role that professional engineering services play in the delivery of built environment projects.

  • Self-starter with excellent planning and organisational skills.

  • Ability to balance the needs of customers, stakeholders, and employees.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at all levels.

  • Willingness to travel as required.



What can you expect from us in return?



  • £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

  • £5,600 Car Allowance

  • Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service.

  • 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, UK remote role with occasional travel.
