Responsibilities
- Execute and manage sales operations, including lead generation, cold calls, online meetings, CRM management, and on-site client visits as needed.
- Drive and oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations both remotely and on-site, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support system integrator partners during PoC processes to ensure smooth deployments.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new partners, including system integrators and distributors.
- Train and support partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and implement our solutions effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Contribute to the company’s sales strategies by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial automation, or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, consultative selling, and deal closing.
- Experience in partner acquisition, enablement, and training is a plus.
- Ability to manage CRM tools and sales pipelines effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
