We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to expand our presence in the U.S. and develop strategic partnerships. (www.khenda.com)



Responsibilities



  • Execute and manage sales operations, including lead generation, cold calls, online meetings, CRM management, and on-site client visits as needed.

  • Drive and oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations both remotely and on-site, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Support system integrator partners during PoC processes to ensure smooth deployments.

  • Identify, acquire, and manage new partners, including system integrators and distributors.

  • Train and support partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and implement our solutions effectively.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term growth.

  • Contribute to the company’s sales strategies by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.



Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial automation, or SaaS industries.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, consultative selling, and deal closing.

  • Experience in partner acquisition, enablement, and training is a plus.

  • Ability to manage CRM tools and sales pipelines effectively.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
