About this role
Job Description: Overview
You’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and turning them into enthusiastic brand advocates. This role is all about creatively and strategically managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing complex deals.
$200K OTE ($100K base, $100K commission @ 100% quota attainment)
Day In The Life Of An Account Executive at Keep Scaling
- Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential customers
- Building relationships: Meeting with clients, attending presentations, and guiding them through the buying process
- Closing sales: Negotiating with clients, closing contracts, and meeting sales targets
- Managing accounts: Working with existing clients to retain and grow their business
- Coordinating tasks: Ensuring clients receive products and services
- Developing sales strategies: Working with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies
- Reporting: Regularly reporting account status
Job Requirements
- Manage prospects from lead to close.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
- Run and implement assessment pilot programs.
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly.
Who Are You
- 3+ years of relevant closing experience
- Remote-work expert
- Previous experience selling into technology companies
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment with startup experience
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

- The annual OTE for this position is $200,000 ($100K base + $100K commission)
- The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits
- Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets
