Job Description
As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving market growth within your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise and network, you will build a pipeline of clients, ranging from farmers and distributors to large agricultural enterprises. Your ultimate goal will be to secure long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, trade shows, and strategic outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s products effectively.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.
- Client Education: Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients, addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and client interactions, providing regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, including bio-stimulants and crop protection products.
- Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage.
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools.
Additional Information
Location: USA - Remote
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly base salary + excellent commission structure.
