Job Description

JCW is working on behalf of a dairy focused carrier that's looking for a Territory Insurance Manager to oversee sales operations in a defined region. This remote position is based in The Northeast (NY, PA, CT, MA, ME, VT, NH, DE, MD) and requires frequent travel (75–100%). You’ll develop and execute strategies to meet new business goals across Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, Health Insurance, and Agribusiness packages. Your key focus will be building relationships with clients and cooperative members while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve new business sales targets for all insurance lines.


• Conduct farm and on-site visits to assess client needs and present solutions.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.


• Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies to meet regional goals.


• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.


• Maintain accurate records of client communication and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, marketing, or business development.


• Agricultural background (preferred).


• Must obtain Property & Casualty License within 90 days and Life/Health Insurance License within 6 months.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
