Enterprise Sales Director – Private Equity & Venture Capital Management Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead sales efforts of our wealth management platform targeting Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) fund managers. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with top-tier institutional investors and fund administrators worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers at PE and VC firms (GPs, COOs, CFOs, and CIOs).
- Drive end-to-end sales of our fund management solution, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Develop tailored value propositions focused on fund efficiency, liquidity, compliance, and investor experience.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
- Build strategic partnerships with fund administrators, legal advisors, and digital asset custodians.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and in strategic networking channels.
- Maintain and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of enterprise or institutional sales experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or blockchain.
- Proven track record selling into private markets, fund managers, or institutional investors.
- Deep understanding of fund operations, investor relations, and alternative assets.
- Knowledge of digital securities, and regulatory considerations (a plus).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with experience in high-growth environments.
