Role Overview


InterVision is seeking a GenAI Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of our AI-powered solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, AI agents, and intelligent automation. This role requires a deep understanding of Generative AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), and enterprise AI adoption. The ideal candidate has experience in technical sales, consultative solutioning, and AI-driven digital transformation strategies.



Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years in AI/Cloud/Enterprise Sales with a track record of exceeding quota.

  • Experience selling AI/ML, Generative AI, or cloud-based AI solutions (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of RAG, LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, AI automation, and industry applications.

  • Technical acumen in AI architecture, data pipelines, model deployment, and AI ethics.

  • Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Azure AI Services.

  • Background in consulting, pre-sales engineering, or AI product sales.

  • AI certifications (AWS AI/ML, Microsoft AI Engineer, etc.) are a plus.

  • Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, and ethical AI frameworks.



Some Of The Exciting Work You Will Encounter



Sales & Business Development



  • Identify and engage enterprise clients looking to integrate Generative AI into their operations.

  • Drive revenue growth by positioning InterVision’s AI solutions and professional services as strategic enablers.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quota.

  • Lead executive-level conversations around AI transformation, business value, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with AWS, Microsoft, HPE, Nvidia, NetApp, and other ecosystem partners to develop joint AI solutions.



Solution Selling & Technical Consultation



  • Understand customer pain points and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

  • Work closely with AI engineers and solution architects to design, scope, and propose GenAI-powered solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, etc.).

  • Conduct product demos, proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations, and solution workshops.

  • Stay ahead of AI industry trends and help guide clients on AI adoption strategies.



Partnership & Customer Success



  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and AI innovation teams.

  • Collaborate with InterVision’s Centers of Excellence (CoE) to refine solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  • Work closely with Professional Services and Managed Services delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and high, ongoing customer satisfaction.
