Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're seeking a passionate and driven individual with 6+ months of BDR or SDR experience (or general sales) to join our collaborative, energetic SDR team. This role will begin as an outbound SDR with a clear career path to becoming an Account Executive.

We are based in Austin, TX but open to 100% remote candidates.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain Salesforce accuracy and manage leads through the sales pipeline stages.
- Participate in special projects and assignments to contribute to team success.
Who You Are
- Prospecting Expert: Experience and interest in phone and email prospecting, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Communication Skills: Ability to initiate engaging conversations, communicate value, and handle objections effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Driven by success and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
- Writing Skills: Proficient in crafting smart and engaging email content that resonates with prospects.
Requirements
- 6+ months business development or sales experience
- SaaS sales experience preferred

Pay
$80k OTE ($40k base salary, $40k commission - uncapped)
