Job Description:


As a Fractional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities within SMB, mid-market, or enterprise organizations. You will leverage your industry network and qualified leads provided by HybridAI to identify potential customers, engage key decision-makers, and drive the sales process to closure. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



  • Leverage your professional network to identify and connect with potential SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.

  • Follow up on qualified leads provided by HybridAI, ensuring timely engagement and follow-through.

  • Engage key decision-makers within enterprise organizations to present HybridAI’s value proposition.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, articulate the benefits of HybridAI’s platform, and address customer questions.

  • Overcome objections and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Collaborate with HybridAI’s sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline development within the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth and success of HybridAI.



Who We're Looking For:



  • Proven experience as an Account Executive (AE) selling B2B SaaS solutions to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise customers (preferably $300M+ in revenue).

  • Expertise in full-stack observability, orchestration, data center infrastructure management, or cloud management platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SMB, mid-market, or enterprise sales processes, with working knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPICC preferred.

  • Established network of IT, AI, and data center decision-makers within enterprise organizations.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven professional who thrives on autonomy and flexibility.
