Job Description: About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative Video AI Solution Architect to lead the development of an advanced AI-powered video generation system. Your role will be to architect and implement solutions that take inputs—such as text, images, or existing videos (e.g., YouTube content)—and generate high-quality, controllable videos.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in generative AI, video synthesis, and neural rendering techniques, enabling fine-grained control over elements like lighting, camera movements, expressions, close-ups, and long shots. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a state-of-the-art generative video AI system capable of producing high-quality videos from text, images, or existing video sources.


• Implement neural rendering techniques to control lighting, camera movements, expressions, and shot composition (close-up vs. long shot, etc.) dynamically.


• Integrate diffusion models, GANs, NeRF, and transformer-based architectures to enhance video quality and realism.


• Build data pipelines for training models on high-quality datasets, ensuring scalability and efficiency.


• Optimize inference speeds while maintaining high fidelity in video generation.


• Collaborate with ML engineers, video processing experts, and cloud infrastructure teams to deploy models efficiently.


• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in video AI, generative models, and neural rendering.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision, with a focus on video generation.


• Strong background in generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, NeRF, diffusion models, transformers).


• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.


• Knowledge of 3D rendering, neural radiance fields (NeRF), and differentiable rendering techniques is a plus.


• Experience with large-scale training pipelines, video datasets, and distributed computing.


• Solid understanding of computer graphics, photorealistic rendering, and cinematographic principles.


• Strong programming skills in Python, CUDA, and TensorRT (or similar acceleration frameworks).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fine-tuning large-scale video generation models.


• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Blender, or other 3D simulation/rendering tools for dataset generation.


• Experience integrating AI-generated video solutions into cloud or production environments.
