About the Role


They’re looking for an Account Executive to join as the first sales hire on the ground in the US. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in building the company’s presence in the North American market. Responsibilities



  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.

  • Build and nurture relationships with finance teams and C-level executives across various industries.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive company growth.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and enhance the product offering.



Experience Necessary



  • Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales (Mid-Market/Enterprise), with a proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required — they value talent, not just credentials.

  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage finance teams and senior executives.

  • Mindset: A self-starter with a results-driven attitude, excited to take ownership, exceed targets, and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate across time zones as needed.



Compensation


Base: $130,000-150,000 DOE + DOUBLE OTE + Equity + Benefits
