Overview


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join one of our prestigious Clients within their Digital Media Consulting Team. They're looking for a creative thinking and operationally strong individual to join the team who are responsible for providing experienced skills in implementing creative solution offerings and integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions and collaborating with clients' existing IT infrastructure.



The successful candidate will work in the 'Post Sale', as part of the Firefly Consultancy team, partnering with our Project Managers and Technical Consultants. This customer-facing role will focus heavily on use case identification, requirements gathering, and technology stack analysis; ensuring our customer projects are capturing exact details to set up for success.



You should be an innovative and effective individual with vision, single-mindedness, willingness to work hard, and a focus to deliver outstanding experiences and business results. The ideal candidate will balance attention to detail with delivering on the big picture, effectively collaborate with internal peers, steer project teams, lead agencies and manage multiple projects.



Business Analyst: Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst /Consultant within a Marketing or Creative business

  • Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate complex business process/system topics effectively to senior stakeholders.

  • Understanding of business processes and a strong grasp of industry trends and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Hands on experience of industry standard Content Management Systems with an understanding of their process.

  • Good Stakeholder Management skills.

  • Previously worked on Digital Media projects.

  • Experience of working closely with Project Managers.

  • Hugely advantageous if French or German speaking, with ability to comfortably deliver above responsibilities, professionally, in the language. This is not a necessity but beneficial.
