WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNT MANAGER (Part-Time)



Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Relationship Management & Success:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

    • Develop a deep understanding of client brands, goals, and visual customization needs.

    • Create and implement client onboarding processes and success plans.

    • Identify opportunities for account expansion and client retention.

    • Proactively resolve client issues and ensure exceptional service delivery.




  • Client Education & Adoption:

    • Train clients on Flock AI's platform capabilities and customization features.

    • Drive product adoption and ensure clients maximize value from our services.

    • Create educational resources and best practices for client success.

    • Showcase new features and customization options to existing clients.

    • Conduct platform demos and training sessions for client teams.




  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work with internal teams to ensure integrated visual delivery.

    • Support brand partners with visual customization initiatives.

    • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.





Required Qualifications:




  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar role.

  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management.

  • Experience working with visual content, brand guidelines, or creative services.

  • Strong understanding of brand identity principles and visual consistency.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Experience with project management tools and client reporting.



Additional Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience working with fashion, beauty, retail, or e-commerce brands.

  • Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly in the visual content space.

  • Knowledge of visual customization processes and brand consistency strategies.

  • Experience with CRM systems and creative workflow management tools.

  • Understanding of digital marketing needs and visual content applications.



Work Environment:




  • Fully remote position.

  • 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

  • Hours may vary based on client needs and campaign timelines.

  • Must be responsive to client communications outside standard hours.

  • Professional home office setup required for remote work.

  • Quiet, distraction-free environment necessary for virtual client meetings.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection essential.

  • Time tracking required for client billing purposes.



Compensation:



Hourly rate: $30-45 per hour, based on experience and visual AI customization expertise.



Equipment:



Must provide your own computer with reliable internet for video/phone calls.
