Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an AVP/VP. The Retail AVP/VP will be responsible for building and growing the sales pipeline to achieve business goals while driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BPO/CX and Retail sales industry, be responsible for maximizing revenue growth for the organization, and developing innovative sales strategies and solutions to optimize revenue potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the Retail CX BPO GenAI industry
- Demonstrated sales experience in strategic account management, lead generation, and deal closing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to lead a team and drive performance, and a strong sense of business acumen
- Good knowledge of the Customer service technology trends and industry standards
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales performance metrics and creating new revenue streams
Must Haves
- Worked in the Retail industry selling BPO/CX/GenAI services
- Must be a member of various retail associations and connected to Retail companies
- Very passionate about selling retail services
