Location: Remote (California)
Pay: $98K to $120K per year salary + commission
Schedule: Autonomous schedule (full-time salary/benefits)

They are looking for you, an experienced Sales Engineer or SME in Hydrogen Fuel Cells, to support business development and commercial growth in this cutting-edge industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential, benefits, and a commission plan on top of a guaranteed weekly salary.
What You Get to Do:
- Manage commercial programs, customer accounts, and RFQ responses.
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in hydrogen fuel cell solutions.
- Support cost management, purchase orders, and pricing strategies.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in hydrogen energy markets.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field).
- Strong technical understanding of hydrogen fuel cells and clean energy solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or sales tracking software is a plus.
- Ability to travel per business needs.
