We are partnered with our global manufacturing client to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for a division of their organization manufacturing high tech products for many industries including Aerospace, Energy Storage, Industrial and Consumer Product Goods.



We are looking to replace someone retiring, with a proven Sales person with a track record in driving market growth. Join a thriving company with a diverse team of sales professionals. The Territory Sales Manager will strategically lead sales efforts in their territory, ensuring maximum market penetration and revenue generation.



Compensation and Benefits



Base and sales compensation package, generous benefits to include:

Base of $100-110k and sales incentive plan (SIP) paid out quarterly with ability to earn 200% on SIP and an annual bonus on personal objective and company targets and real-time rewards! Fully covered automobile as well - just deduct your personal mileage.



Role Overview



This role is a "hunter" role that involves managing distributor and end-user relationships, collaborating with our business development team, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.



We also have a role available for the Upper Midwest (MN, IA, IL, WI, SD, ND, NE, MT). We would like the candidate to live in MN, IA, WI or IL or be willing to relocate. We are seeking someone with experience of 5-15 years and seeking opportunities to grow their sales career.



Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related

  • 5-15 years experience, with career growth mentality

  • Proven experience in sales management in manufacturing; knowledge of industrial, refractory or insulation products is desirable.

  • Products are sold into Aerospace, Energy Storage, Industrial, and Consumer Product Goods.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience using CRM systems for accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
