About The Role
Weβre on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - a pro at prospecting, pipeline management, and strategic outreach whoβs ready to take the next step in the world of industrial tech sales. Youβll own the front end of the sales cycle, collaborate with account executives, and optimize outreach strategies to drive revenue growth.

What Youβll Own (Key Responsibilities)
- π· Prospecting & Lead Generation β Proactively identify, research, and target ideal clients within Eiβs ICP (Ideal Client Profile).
- π· Strategic Outreach β Customize call scripts, email templates, and LinkedIn messaging to increase engagement and book meetings.
- π· Pipeline Optimization β Qualify leads with higher accuracy and ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- π· Data-Driven Decision Making β Analyze weekly and monthly sales activity, report on key metrics, and refine outreach strategies.
- π· Process Improvement β Identify and implement new prospecting strategies and tools to boost efficiency.
- π· Collaboration Across Teams β Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and enhance lead conversion.
- π· Follow-Up Champion β Develop a structured follow-up playbook to re-engage missed meetings and warm leads.
What We Need From You
- π· 2-4 years of experience in sales development, customer success, or a related field.
- π· Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in outbound sales or lead generation.
- π· Fluency in CRM tools (SalesLoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- π· Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- π· U.S. work authorization required.
Nice-to-Haves
- π΅ Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
- π΅ Familiarity with industrial clients, especially in downstream refining and petrochemical industries.
- π΅ Exposure to formal sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.

- π― 250+ outbound calls and 150+ emails per week.
