LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK 🌎


At Elite Dynamics we champion our clients to utilise the power of tech to improve productivity and performance, and it’s the same for our people. We offer a remote working policy for all employees, albeit some UK travel will be required for training, events and periodically scheduled company meetings.


This role is a full-time home-based role, with typical working hours expected between 9am and 5.30pm, although we do like to finish a little earlier on Fridays.


As expected with any senior role, you’ll need to fulfil obligations of projects which might occasionally mean longer hours on evenings and weekends.


Ideally candidates will be based north of Birmingham to ensure sufficient location and travel time for team meetings (most of our team are northwest based).



ABOUT THIS NEW AND EXCITING ROLE 🎉


We’re looking for a new Head of Marketing to join our Senior Leadership team to help take Elite Dynamics to the next level.


We have big ambitions to grow our business, not just in the UK and Europe, but across the globe, and this new position is critical in our plans for domination in the Holiday Park & Marina Operator Sector.


You’ll be a dynamic, strategic, results-orientated leader, with demonstrable experience in leading teams and growing businesses.


This role reports directly into our CEO, and means you’ll be working alongside an inspirational and driven founder and wider leadership team.


You’ll have a great deal of autonomy in developing and executing the marketing strategy and the opportunity to put your own stamp on an incredible brand while being instrumental in shaping its future.


You’ll also act as a key advisory to the Board and champion ideas that position Elite Dynamics on a global stage, as the number one choice technology partner for the holiday park industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 😎



  • Lead, motivate and drive performance of the marketing team and external partners, to consistently outperform competitors and achieve commercial objectives

  • Take ownership of the brand and marketing strategy – developing effective ways to build our brand and reputation in our desired sectors - the holiday/residential park and Marina industry sectors– UK and overseas while delivering against aggressive commercial targets

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies with a high focus on digital lead generation and customer journeys that seamlessly integrate into our CRM, to drive interest and sales, aligning overall business objectives

  • Research, plan, and deliver a commercial partners programme with external partners and industry associates (UK & International)

  • Lead the team to create and deliver a range of virtual and in-person industry exhibitions and customer events that communicate our core brand message and deliver results

  • Shape the marketing team and its supply chain into a high-performing, results-orientated, ‘winning’ team

  • Act as the custodian of the brand, ensuring all marketing campaigns are aligned with the core brand message and values

  • Work closely with senior management and department heads to effectively communicate marketing initiatives and gather insights for strategy development

  • Effectively manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes

  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI), making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and promote results to your internal stakeholders

  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation

  • Promote and embed strong and inspirational leadership within the team, demonstrating the company's values and leading by example

  • Drive marketing efficiency and campaign performance by strategically implementing AI tools across demand generation workflows, which includes the following:

    • Leverage predictive analytics for audience targeting

    • Optimize content creation through generative AI

    • Automate personalization of multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth and improve conversion rates



  • Knowledge and previous usage of AI SDR software



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 🚀



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management or higher

  • Minimum of 10 years’ proven B2B marketing experience

  • People management and leadership

  • Experience of working within a Growth Equity Investment company

  • Experience of entering new international markets through both direct and indirect channels

  • A track record of bringing new products to market

  • Experience of working within a SaaS Business

  • Fluency in English

  • Interest in working within a small, growing company environment

  • Permanent UK resident and be legally entitled to work in the UK

  • Access to own vehicle

  • Valid Licence to drive in the UK



DESIRABLE SKILLS â˜ș



  • Experience of working within/with a Microsoft Dynamics Resellers or ISV’s

  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central, CRM, Power Platform)

  • Proven track record with Land and Expand solution campaign strategies

  • Experience of the Park/Marina Industries

  • Experience of franchise/Reseller models for business

  • International marketing experience and knowledge
