Location: Remote (North America preferred)


Job Type: Commission-Only (Uncapped Earning Potential)

The Role:


As a Sales Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from lead follow ups to closing deals. You'll have the autonomy to work independently, set your own schedule, and leverage our experienced team for support. This is a 100% commission role, meaning your earning potential is entirely based on your performance—no cap. Our marketing and lead development team provides a steady stream of leads, so you can focus on selling rather than prospecting.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Engage and close inbound and outbound leads from North America.

  • Sell a mix of SaaS products and design/development services with a consultative approach.

  • Work with Founders, SMBs, and Enterprises, understanding their business needs and positioning the right solution.

  • Run BANT qualification calls, discovery calls, product demos, and proposals tailored to each prospect.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation to handoff to Delivery and Customer Success.

  • Collaborate with an experienced team while maintaining an independent workflow.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting in our CRM (HubSpot).



What We’re Looking For:



  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience (solution sales, SaaS, or professional services preferred).

  • Experience selling for or working with Software or App Development, Digital Agencies, Web Development, or enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, Gartner, or HubSpot is a plus.

  • Proven ability to sell to business leaders (Founders, CEOs, VP Sales, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, etc.).

  • Strong consultative selling skills—you know how to uncover pain points and craft compelling solutions.

  • Hunter mentality—you can work leads and have strong follow up skills.

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex deals.

  • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule while being part of a team.
