Job Description: Strategic Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) - DevOps
Location: Remote in the United States | Must be located in Pacific Time or Mountain Time
Travel: Need to be open to it, could ramp up to around 50% in the future

Responsibilities:
- Helping customers and prospects understand the value of the platform and products – from a business and technical perspective
- Partnering with AEs to create account strategies and build long-term relationships within enterprise accounts (Fortune 500)
- Building relationship with C-level and Vice President stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical point of contact within the organization
- Creating + participating in product demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as needed to close deals
- Partnering with AEs to break into new accounts and expand existing accounts, uncovering opportunities through discovery conversations and relationship building
- Learning customer environments, understanding their use cases, and keeping up to date with modern trends related to DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, IoT, and more
- Providing feedback to internal product teams to help shape the product roadmap and features
- Creating unique cloud and software solutions + architecture to influence decision makers and win new business
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales solutions engineering and architecture
- Strategic business acumen, able to uncover new opportunities and identify customer pain points
- Experience partnering with AEs as a member of a sales organization, exceeding revenue quotas
- Extensive customer-facing experience in enterprise software/SaaS companies and startups
- Expert knowledge in software delivery processes, DevOps, cybersecurity, CI/CD, Linux
- Experience with one or more public cloud infrastructures – AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience with on-premise and cloud software (SaaS) products
- Strong background in software architecture, cloud architecture, and application security
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Maven, Gradle, npm, Jenkins, Artifactory
Compensation:
$195K - $210K + Commission, Bonuses, and RSUs
