Location: Remote
Compensation:
- Commission: 10-15% on revenue from clients they bring in.
- Equity: 1.5% (vested over 24 months with a 1-year cliff).
- No salary until the next equity round.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a VP of Sales and Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategy, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in scaling CredX by onboarding startups, consultancies, and staffing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to onboard new clients.
- Build partnerships with startups, consultancies, and tech companies to use CredX.
- Lead marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and optimize sales funnels for better conversion rates.
- Work closely with the product team to refine offerings based on client feedback.
- Hire, train, and manage a sales and marketing team as the company grows.
Who You Are:
- A results-driven sales leader with HR Tech, SaaS, or staffing industry experience.
- Proven track record of B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong network in startups, consultancies, or staffing firms.
- Experience in marketing strategies, demand generation, and lead conversion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
