Job Description
In Consult Atlas Foundation (www.consultatlas.org), we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client communication and facilitate the licensing process. This role involves building strong client relationships, providing regular updates, and guiding clients through each stage of the licensing procedure.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Prequalification Process
Selected candidates are required to participate in a paid training program lasting 3-4 weeks. Throughout the training period, performance will be assessed through various evaluations. Trainers will review these evaluations and notify candidates of their results. Successful completion of the training program is a prerequisite for continued employment. Compensation will be re-evaluated after a three-month performance review following the training.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication (daily phone calls, email, and other platforms).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the licensing process.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients.
- Guide clients through each stage of the licensing process, providing clear explanations and support.
- Conduct thorough research on licensing requirements for new clients, ensuring compliance.
- Review licensing documents and processes prepared by paralegals, providing feedback and guidance.
- Liaise with internal departments on behalf of clients to address their needs and inquiries.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with support staff to ensure accurate client information is maintained in company systems.
Qualifications
- Fluency or intermediate in English (Spoken & Written).
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply relevant healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
