Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other key modules. This role requires extensive experience in solution design, platform governance, integrations, and automation, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.


• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for ServiceNow implementations.


• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
