Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Location: Remote - Chicagoland Area


Reports to: Marketing Manager


Salary: $23/hr + commission; eligible for benefits



Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative for its direct client, a private equity backed commercial roofing installation & replacement company. Position Overview


As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling. With the support of the company’s proprietary technology and comprehensive training program, you will engage with potential B2B clients in the commercial roofing industry. Your goal will be to uncover potential leads, build relationships, and nurture prospects to create a robust pipeline for the sales team. We are seeking individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to our rapid growth and success, possess a strong drive to succeed, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.



Responsibilities



  • Utilize the company’s proprietary technology to identify and contact potential B2B prospects in the commercial roofing industry.

  • Conduct proactive prospecting and cold calling to introduce our commercial roofing installation and replacement services to targets.

  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor messaging to address prospect's specific needs and challenges.

  • Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects, nurturing them through the sales process.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, timeline, and fit with our target market.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and facilitate seamless handoffs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and progress in our ERP system.

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge, industry expertise, and sales skills to maximize your effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for lead generation strategies and campaigns.
