Job Description: NetSuite Business Analyst

Location: London - Greater Manchester – Merseyside – Midlands - West Midlands - East Midlands – Surrey – Essex – Buckinghamshire – Hertfordshire – Oxfordshire – Berkshire

Rate: £500-600 per day

We are seeking a skilled professional to join an end user client to support an ongoing NetSuite implementation project, ensuring smooth system adoption and optimization across the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst (implementation experience advantageous)


• Minimum of 3 years NetSuite experience as a business analyst


• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (P2P, O2C, R2R, D2B, L2Q), SuitePeople, workflows, and business processes


• Experience in requirements gathering, system testing, and stakeholder engagement


• Knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and integrations is a plus


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements


• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the system is configured to meet business needs


• Support end-to-end testing, user training, and post-go-live enhancements


• Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless business operation


• Optimise business processes across Finance and HR using NetSuite best practices


• Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve decision-making
