Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join their remote team in debt recovery and collections. In this role, you will engage cold leads, qualify prospects, and provide consultative sales with an emphasis on empathy and client-focused solutions. You will assist clients in navigating the debt recovery process with personalized support, building trust-based relationships to drive sales success. As a key member of a growing team, you will play an important role in shaping business outcomes while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Calling cold leads via a provided dialer
- Conducting basic prospect qualification over the phone
- Providing consultative selling with empathy and patience, ensuring the client’s needs are understood while helping them navigate the debt recovery process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer notes and records
- Closing sales effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
- Sales experience required, ideally with a background in debt recovery or collections
- Must possess empathy and patience, as this role involves assisting clients through potentially stressful financial situations
- Ability to approach the sales process consultatively, with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Experience in US Markets is a strong plus.
