Role Description


As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by selling cutting-edge virtual conferencing and hybrid event solutions to enterprise clients. This role requires a highly strategic, outbound-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment.



You will be responsible for:



  • Identifying and securing new business

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution

  • Expanding existing accounts



This role requires an exceptional outbound ability to generate leads, schedule appointments via multi-channel outbound, and execute complex sales cycles to completion and beyond.



Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in full-cycle sales (generating leads, booking appointments, closing deals)

  • Very strong outbound sales skills, preferably in enterprise

  • Lead generation: Experienced in building your own lists of companies and contacts, personalizing outreach sequences, and maintaining a sales pipeline that is 3-4x your revenue target

  • Deliver compelling sales demos and get prospects involved and engaged, so that prospects tell you about the benefits of your own solution (because your presentation & involvement questions are so solid)

  • Ability to generate more revenue from existing clients (upsell & cross-sell) and navigate complex sales cycles with many stakeholders

  • Forecast revenue and track sales metrics in CRM tools like HubSpot

  • Bachelor's degree



Key Performance Indicators



  • Primary function: Close sales agreements to meet/exceed quota (revenue-based)

  • Lead gen: Continuous replenishment of pipeline

  • New business: Number of new logos acquired

  • Existing business: Client satisfaction shown via renewals, upsells, cross-sells

  • Future business: Accurate forecasts
